*** CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES ***
Check-in hours: 2 pm to 6 pm.
The client must inform the time of his arrival and his contact number for any unforeseen event.
For check-ins after 6pm, a convenience fee of R$ 100.00 must be paid.
Check-out time: 8am to 12pm.
An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or its representative will meet the customer at the property, at the time previously scheduled for the Check-out, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. In case the client does not check-out at the agreed time, without prior arrangement, an amount exceeding the daily rate will be deducted from the deposit.
For check-outs before 8:00 am a convenience fee must be paid and after 6:00 pm an additional daily rate and a R$ 100.00 convenience fee must be paid.
*** RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ***
To make a reservation, it is necessary to sign a Rental Contract for the season and pay a deposit of 50% of the total value of the lease. The payment must be made through the bank details informed in the contract.
The other 50% must be paid up to 48 hours before check-in, together with the cleaning fee and the security deposit (deposit) that varies according to each property. The security deposit is returned within 2 business days after check-out.
(NO SECURITY CHECK - ONLY DEPOSIT)
Payment by credit card, PayPal and Paypal, fees will be passed on to the tenant a minimum of 35 days prior to check-in date.
*** CONDITION OF USE OF THE PROPERTY***
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holder of the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other persons within the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurred during the stay at the property, whether caused by himself or his guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, law governing the property or internal regulations of the condominium.
The guest acknowledges that the use of amenities, such as swimming pools, decks and the like, can be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if used improperly, especially in relation to children, and the use is at the risk of the reservation holder and their companions.
The booking holder and their companions must use the property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to avoid damage or loss to the property, keeping the property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
All forms of prostitution and drug use are prohibited within the property.
The reservation holder, his/her companions and any other permitted guests shall refrain from loud noises and shall not annoy, disturb or cause nuisance or inconvenience to neighbors, nor shall they use the property for immoral, offensive or illegal purposes, nor violate any laws, rules or ordinances, nor commit waste or nuisance upon the property and shall obligatorily abide by the rules set forth herein.
The reservation holder and his/her companions agree that all personal property, furniture, personal effects, and other items brought to the property by guests and their permitted guests shall be at the guest's sole risk for any theft, damage, destruction, or loss.
The booking holder and their guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and its agents, successors, employees and contractors, against any costs, damages, claims, legal and attorney's fees incurred by them, their visitors, representatives or successors of the guests due to claims related to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life suffered by the guest or their family and visitors on or about the property, expressly agreeing to preserve the owner and intermediary in all such cases.
These rules are in accordance with Brazilian Law.
