2nd floor: A large outdoor area that offers a greater view, with a saltwater pool covered by special glass.

The property has a cinema room with 80' TV, Wi-fi throughout the residence and has a garage with capacity for 03 cars.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The consumption of electricity will be charged in seasonal rentals.
The cleaning lady is at the property two days a week and is also available for cooking. More days are available.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 02 business days after check-out.
Check-in Time: from 2 pm - after business hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12pm - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-out outside business hours there is a convenience fee.
