*** CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES ***
Check-in time: from 2pm.
The client must inform the time of his arrival and his contact number for any unforeseen event.
For check-ins after and before business hours a convenience fee of R$ 100.00 plus Uber must be paid.
Check-out time: until 12 noon.
An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or its representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled for check-out, in order to examine the property and receive the keys.
For check-out before or after office hours, a convenience fee of R$ 100.00 plus Uber should be paid.
Check-out after 12h, there is an excess value to the daily rate.

*** BOOKING AND PAYMENT ***
To make the reservation, it is necessary to sign the Rental Contract for Season and payment of a deposit of 50% of the total value of the lease. The payment must be made through the bank details informed in contract.
The remaining 50% must be paid up to 48 hours before check-in, along with the cleaning fee and security deposit (deposit) that varies with each property.
The security deposit is returned within 02 working days after check-out. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SECURITY CHECKS.
Credit card payments with a minimum of 35 days prior to check-in, we also accept Paypal or exchange, fees will be passed on to the tenant.

*** CONDITION OF USE OF PROPERTY***
The guest acknowledges that the use of amenities such as swimming pools, decks and the like may be potentially hazardous and involve potential risks if used improperly, particularly in relation to children, and use is at the risk of the booking holder and their companions.
The booking holder and their companions must use the property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to avoid damage or loss to the property, keeping the property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
All forms of prostitution and drug use are prohibited within the property.
The reservation holder, their companions and any other permitted guests shall refrain from loud noises and shall not annoy, disturb or cause nuisance or inconvenience to neighbours, nor shall they use the property for immoral, offensive or illegal purposes, nor violate any laws, rules or ordinances, nor commit waste or nuisance upon the property and shall obligatorily abide by the rules set forth herein.
The booking holder and their companions agree that all personal property, furniture, personal effects and other items brought to the property by guests and their permitted guests shall be at the sole risk of the guest in respect of any theft, damage, destruction or loss.
The booking holder and their guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and its agents, successors, employees and contractors against any costs, damages, claims, legal and attorney's fees incurred by them, their visitors, representatives or successors of the guests due to claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life suffered by the guest or their family and visitors on or about the property, expressly agreeing to preserve the owner and intermediary in all such cases.
These rules are in accordance with Brazilian Law.
