* RESERVATION AND PAYMENT *
To confirm the reservation, signing a Seasonal Rental Agreement is required, along with a 50% deposit of the rental value. The remaining 50% must be paid according to the contract, along with the final balance and security deposit, which will be refunded within 2 business days after check-out.
Payment Methods: Bank transfer, cash, PIX, PayPal, Wise, and credit card. Fees are charged to the client. Credit card payments require a minimum of 35 days before check-in.
* PROPERTY USE CONDITIONS *
Guests are only allowed with prior authorization.
The primary guest is responsible for the actions of any person inside the property during the stay, including property damage and fines for violating condominium rules or the law.
The guest acknowledges that using amenities such as pools and decks may involve potential risks, especially for children, and assumes full responsibility.
The property must be used for residential purposes only and kept clean and sanitary at all times.
Strictly prohibited: any form of prostitution, possession of firearms, and drug use inside the property.
Guests must avoid loud noises and not disturb or inconvenience neighbors. The property cannot be used for illegal or inappropriate activities.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings inside the property in case of theft, damage, or loss.
The guest and their companions agree to indemnify and hold the owner and representatives harmless from any damage, injury, or loss occurring on the property.
