Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM.
A representative from LUXOBRASIL.com.br will meet the guest at the property. The guest must inform their arrival time and provide a contact number in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
Check-out Time: Until 12:00 PM.
A representative from LUXOBRASIL.com.br will meet the guest at the property at the pre-scheduled time to inspect the property and collect the keys. After the check-out time, an additional daily rate may be charged, which can be deducted from the security deposit.

*** RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ***
To confirm a reservation, the guest must sign the Seasonal Rental Agreement and pay a 50% deposit of the total rental amount. The remaining 50% must be paid as stated in the contract, along with the outstanding balance and security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within two business days after check-out.
Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, Cash, PIX, PayPal, Wise, and Credit Card. Any transaction fees will be charged to the client. Credit card payments must be made at least 35 days before check-in.

*** PROPERTY USAGE CONDITIONS ***
Guests are only allowed with prior authorization.
The primary guest is responsible for the actions of all individuals within the property during their stay, including any damages or losses, whether caused by themselves or their guests. The primary guest is also liable for any fines resulting from violations of condominium rules or local laws.
The guest acknowledges that amenities such as pools and decks may be potentially hazardous if misused, particularly for children, and assumes full responsibility for their use.T
he property must be used for residential purposes only and must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
Any form of prostitution, possession of firearms, and drug use is strictly prohibited on the premises.
The primary guest, their companions, and any authorized guests must avoid excessive noise and disturbances. The property may not be used for immoral, offensive, or illegal activities, nor should any laws, condominium rules, or regulations be violated.
Guests assume full responsibility for their personal belongings and any items brought into the property, releasing the owner and the intermediary company from any liability for theft, damage, or loss.
The primary guest and their companions agree to indemnify and hold the owner, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses related to property destruction, personal injury, or loss of life occurring on the premises.
These rules are subject to Brazilian law.
