A representative from LUXOBRASIL.com.br will meet the guest at the property. The guest must inform the arrival time and provide their contact number for any unforeseen circumstances.
Check-out Time: until 12:00 PM.
A representative from LUXOBRASIL.com.br will meet the guest at the property at the previously scheduled time to inspect the property and collect the keys. After the check-out time, an additional fee for the extra night may apply, which can be deducted from the security deposit.

***RESERVATION AND PAYMENT***
To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to sign the Seasonal Rental Agreement and pay a 50% deposit of the rental amount.
The remaining 50% must be paid as stated in the contract, along with the final payment and security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 business days after check-out.
Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, Cash, PIX, PayPal, Wise, and Credit Card. Fees are to be paid by the guest. For credit card payments, a minimum of 35 days prior to check-in is required.

***PROPERTY USAGE TERMS***
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation is responsible for the actions of everyone within the property during their stay, including any damage to property or belongings and any fines for violations of laws or condominium rules.
The guest acknowledges that the use of amenities such as pools, decks, and similar features may be potentially dangerous if used improperly, especially concerning children. The use of these amenities is at the guest's own risk and that of their companions.
The property must be used exclusively for residential purposes and kept in clean and sanitary conditions throughout the stay.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Any form of prostitution.
Possession of firearms.
Use of drugs inside the property.
The guest, their companions, and any permitted guests must avoid loud noises and must not disturb the neighbors or use the property for immoral, offensive, or illegal purposes. They must also comply with the condominium's rules.
The owner and the intermediary are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings inside the property.
The guest and their companions agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and their agents from any claims related to property damage, personal injury, or loss of life occurring on the property.
These rules are governed by Brazilian law.
