A representative from LUXOBRASIL.com.br will meet the client at the property. The client must inform the arrival time and provide a contact number for any unforeseen events.
Check-out Time: until 12:00 PM.
A representative from LUXOBRASIL.com.br will meet the client at the property at the previously agreed time to inspect the property and receive the keys. After the check-out time, an additional daily rate will be charged, which may be deducted from the security deposit.

*** RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ***
To confirm the reservation, the Seasonal Rental Agreement must be signed, along with a 50% deposit of the rental amount. The remaining 50% must be paid as specified in the contract, along with the security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 business days after check-out.
Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, Cash, PIX, PayPal, Wise, and Credit Card. Fees are charged to the client. Credit card payment must be made at least 35 days before check-in.

*** PROPERTY USE CONDITIONS ***
Guests are only allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of others within the property during the rental period, being liable for any damage to the property and belongings, either by themselves or by their guests, as well as fines resulting from violations of laws or condominium regulations.
The guest acknowledges that using amenities such as pools, decks, and similar facilities can be potentially dangerous and involve risks if used improperly, especially with children, and the use is at the risk of the reservation holder and their companions.
The guest and their companions must use the property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner, avoiding any damage or loss, and maintaining the property in clean and sanitary condition at all times.
Prostitution, firearms, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property.
The reservation holder, their companions, and any permitted guests must refrain from making loud noises and must not disturb, annoy, or cause inconvenience to the neighbors, nor use the property for immoral, offensive, or illegal purposes, or violate any law, rules, or regulations, or cause waste or disturbance on the property. They must respect all the rules outlined here.
The reservation holder and their companions agree that all personal belongings, furniture, personal items, and other items brought to the property by them or their guests are at their own risk concerning theft, damage, destruction, or loss.
The reservation holder and their companions agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and their agents, successors, employees, and contractors from any costs, damages, claims, legal fees, and expenses incurred due to claims related to property destruction, injuries to persons, or loss of life suffered by the guest, their family, or visitors on or at the property, expressly agreeing to protect the owner and the intermediary in all such cases.
These rules follow Brazilian laws.
