A representative from LUXOBRASIL.com.br will meet the guest at the property. The guest must inform their arrival time and provide a contact number for any unforeseen circumstances.
Check-out: By 12:00 PM
A representative from LUXOBRASIL.com.br will meet the guest at the property at the pre-scheduled time to inspect the property and collect the keys. Late check-out will incur an additional daily rate charge, which may be deducted from the security deposit.

*** RESERVATION & PAYMENT ***
To confirm the reservation, signing the Seasonal Rental Agreement and making an initial payment of 50% of the rental amount is required. The remaining 50% must be paid according to the contract, along with the balance of the payment and the security deposit.
The security deposit will be refunded within up to 2 business days after check-out.
Accepted Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, Cash, PIX, PayPal, Wise, and Credit Card. Transaction fees will be covered by the guest.
For credit card payments, a minimum of 35 days before check-in is required.

*** PROPERTY USAGE CONDITIONS ***
Guests are only allowed with prior authorization.
The primary guest is responsible for all individuals inside the property during the stay, including any damages to the property and possible fines for violating laws or condominium rules.
Amenities such as pools and decks may pose risks, especially for children. Use is at the guest's own risk.
The property must be used solely for residential purposes and must be kept clean and sanitary at all times.
Any form of prostitution, possession of firearms, or drug use is strictly prohibited on the premises.
The primary guest and their companions must avoid excessive noise and must not disturb neighbors. The property cannot be used for immoral, offensive, or illegal activities.
All personal belongings, furniture, and items brought into the property by the guests are their sole responsibility in case of theft, damage, or loss.
The guest agrees to indemnify and hold the owner and their representatives harmless from any claims, costs, or damages related to property loss or personal injury occurring on the premises.
These rules comply with Brazilian law.
