*** CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES ***
Check-in time: from 2pm.
The customer must inform the time of arrival and his contact number for any unforeseen event.
For check-ins after and before office hours a convenience fee must be paid.
Check-out time: until 12pm.
An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or its representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled for check-out, in order to examine the property and receive the keys.
For check-out before or after office hours, a convenience fee must be paid.
Check-out after 12h, there is an excess value to the daily rate.

*** RESERVATION AND PAYMENT ***
To make the reservation, it is necessary to sign the Temporary Rental Agreement and pay a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. Payment must be made through the bank details provided in the contract.
The other 50% must be paid within 48 hours before check-in, together with the cleaning fee and the security deposit (deposit) which varies according to each property.
The security deposit is returned within 02 business days after check-out. WE DO NOT ACCEPT SECURITY DEPOSIT CHECK.
Payments by credit card with a minimum of 35 days before check-in, we also accept Paypal or exchange, fees will be passed on to the tenant.

*** CONDITION OF USE OF THE PROPERTY***
Guest acknowledges that the use of amenities such as swimming pools, decks and the like can be potentially hazardous and involve potential risks if misused, particularly in relation to children, and use is at the risk of the Booking Holder and their companions.
The Booking Holder and their companions must use the property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner so as to avoid damage or loss to the property, keeping the property in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
All forms of prostitution and drug use are prohibited within the property.
The reservation holder, their companions and any other permitted guests shall refrain from loud noises and shall not annoy, disturb or cause nuisance or inconvenience to neighbors, nor shall they use the property for immoral, offensive or illegal purposes, nor violate any laws, rules or ordinances, nor commit waste or nuisance upon the property and shall obligatorily abide by the rules herein.
The Booking Holder and their companions agree that all personal property, furniture, personal effects and other items brought onto the Property by Guests and their permitted guests, shall be at the sole risk of the Guest in respect of any theft, damage, destruction or loss.

The reservation holder and his/her companions agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and his/her agents, successors, employees and contractors, against any costs, damages, claims, legal and attorney's fees incurred by them, their visitors, representatives or successors of the guests due to claims relating to the destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life suffered by the guest or family and visitors thereof in or about the property, expressly agreeing to preserve the owner and broker in all such cases.
These rules follow Brazilian Law.
