Spacious and airy, easily accessible, well decorated and fully equipped with towels, bed linen, liquid soap, shampoos and conditioners, complete household utensils, garage with space for 03 cars.

IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:
The property is rented with 01 caretaker at a separate cost, with the possibility of having a maid.
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. - after that time, there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs before 8 a.m., a convenience fee must be paid and after 6 p.m., an excess of the daily rate and a convenience fee must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, the fees will be passed on to the tenant, at least 35 days before the check-in date.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/commemorations/events on the property.
The house is limited to 15 (fifteen) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the law or internal regulations of the condominium.
If there is any damage to the property or objects, it can be easily negotiated with the owner through the deposit.
