Spacious house located just 8 minutes' walk from Geribá, with a gourmet area with swimming pool, pizza oven, kitchen integrated with the barbecue area, living room with high ceilings and glass walls. The property has 05 complete suites (all with split air-conditioning), a garage with capacity for 04 cars and street parking. The house is located a 10-minute drive from the gastronomic hubs, shops and the center.

Minimum stay of 02 nights
New Year's Eve and Carnival minimum of 07 nights - Daily rate R$ 7,500.00

MPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
If an employee is needed, the daily rate is R$180.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: 2pm until 6pm - after this time there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs before 08:00 a.m., a convenience fee must be paid and after 18:00 a.m., an excess of the daily rate and a convenience fee must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, the fees will be passed on to the tenant, at least 35 days before the check-in date.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/commemorations/events on the property.
The house is limited to 12 (twelve) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the law or internal regulations of the condominium.
