A LUXOBRASIL.com.br representative will meet the guest at the property. The guest must inform their arrival time and provide a contact number for any unforeseen issues.
Check-out time: Until 12:00 PM.
A LUXOBRASIL.com.br representative will meet the guest at the scheduled time to inspect the property and collect the keys. After the check-out time, an additional daily rate may be charged and deducted from the security deposit.
*** RESERVATION & PAYMENT ***
To confirm the reservation, the guest must sign the Seasonal Rental Agreement and pay 50% of the rental amount upfront. The remaining 50% must be paid as per the contract, along with the outstanding balance and the security deposit.
The security deposit will be refunded within 2 business days after check-out.
Payment methods: Bank Transfer, Cash, PIX, PayPal, Wise, and Credit Card. Transaction fees are the guest’s responsibility. Credit card payments must be made at least 35 days before check-in.
*** PROPERTY USAGE CONDITIONS ***
Guests are only allowed with prior authorization.
The main guest is fully responsible for the actions of all persons in the property during the stay, including damages, losses, or fines resulting from violations of condominium rules or laws.
The guest acknowledges that the use of amenities such as pools, decks, and similar areas may pose potential risks if not used properly, especially for children. Their use is at the sole risk of the guest and their companions.
The guest and their companions must use the property exclusively for residential purposes and maintain it in clean and sanitary condition at all times.
STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
Any form of prostitution.
Possession of firearms.
Drug use inside the property.
The guest and their companions must avoid loud noises and must not disturb, inconvenience, or cause disruptions to neighbors. The property must not be used for immoral, offensive, or illegal activities, nor for violating any laws, rules, or regulations.
The guest is solely responsible for their personal belongings, furniture, and other items inside the property in case of theft, damage, or loss.
The guest and their companions agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner, agents, employees, and contractors from any costs, damages, claims, legal fees, or liabilities arising from property damage, personal injuries, or loss of life occurring on the premises.
