SCHEDULES
Check-in time: From 2:00 PM.
A representative from LUXOBRASIL.com.br will meet the guest at the property. The guest must inform their arrival time and provide a contact number for any unforeseen circumstances.
Check-out time: Until 12:00 PM.
A representative from LUXOBRASIL.com.br will meet the guest at the property at the scheduled time to inspect the property and collect the keys. If the check-out time is exceeded, an additional daily rate may be charged, which can be deducted from the security deposit.

RESERVATION & PAYMENT
To confirm the reservation, signing the Seasonal Rental Agreement and paying a 50% deposit of the rental amount is required. The remaining 50% must be paid as per the contract, along with the balance and the security deposit, which will be refunded within two (2) business days after check-out.
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, cash, PIX, PayPal, Wise, and credit card. Processing fees will be charged to the guest. Credit card payments must be made at least 35 days before check-in.

PROPERTY USAGE CONDITIONS
Guests are only allowed with prior authorization.
The main guest is responsible for all individuals in the property during the stay, including damages, losses, and fines resulting from violations of condominium rules or laws.
The use of amenities such as pools and decks is at the guest's own risk, particularly concerning children.
The property must be used for residential purposes only and kept clean and well-maintained at all times.
Prostitution, possession of firearms, and drug use are strictly prohibited.
Loud noises are not allowed, and guests must not disturb or inconvenience neighbors. The property cannot be used for immoral, offensive, or illegal activities.
The main guest and companions assume full responsibility for their personal belongings and any losses, thefts, or damages incurred.
The guest agrees to indemnify and hold the property owner and intermediaries harmless against any claims, damages, legal fees, or liabilities arising from injuries, loss of life, or property destruction during the stay.
These rules comply with Brazilian laws.
