Known as the "Beverly Hills" of Rio de Janeiro, the neighborhood is home to the biggest movie stars and carioca high class, besides having an unparalleled view and an exclusive beach (Joatinga Beach). The property has 06 wonderful suites, all with ocean views, Queen size bed, and Wi-Fi internet. There are two kitchens, a gourmet kitchen integrated to the living room and overlooking the pool, and an internal kitchen, one next to the other. The house is divided into floors, four floors in total. At the entrance of the house we have the garage, garden and loft. On the second floor we have 03 suites with sea view and a hall, where is the master suite that has a unique view, Queen-size bed, intimate living room with a table with 2 seats, refrigerator, bathroom and closet. On the second floor there are 3 suites with sea view. On the 3rd floor, living room, gourmet area with kitchen and swimming pool with infinity edge. It is FORBIDDEN to listen to music, only inside the house with a JBL speaker or cell phone, always at room volume.
