There is an excellent outdoor area with a wooded garden, a tiled swimming pool with shallow and deep pools, and a jacuzzi for 6 people overlooking the Cabo Frio canal.

The steam room has 3 high levels, 2 showers (one next to the pool and the other next to the sauna), a large gourmet area with a beautiful wooden counter, built-in freezer, rectangular table with room for 10 people, 46-inch LED TV, barbecue, gas stove and round pizza oven.
Direct access to the canal with a pier for mooring boats and jet skis.

The house is located near the entrance to the condominium, which has a children's playground, a sports court and an air-conditioned gym. The condominium is a 5-minute drive from Praia do Forte or a 10-minute walk. Located on one of the city's main avenues, access to the center is very quick and convenient.
