The site is located in the quiet cove of Abraãozinho, amidst a lush garden (Casa Claudia Award in 2015 for Landscaping), and offers a unique and exclusive experience on Ilha Grande in Angra dos Reis. The site is 10 minutes by boat from Vila do Abraão.
The site has a social lounge, where breakfast and dinner are served, and a leisure area by the sea. The Rancho is the space on Praia do Abraãozinho and has a freshwater shower, deck, double kayak, Stand UP Paddle boards, snorkels and paddleball rackets available for our guests.
The site consists of two houses, the cabin and the manor, which together offer 08 comfortable suites, all with air conditioning. The cabin has 05 suites with independent entrances. And in the left there are 03 suites.

The suites are:
> Deluxe Suite (02 units): 57m², has a pantry with fridge, microwave, sink, handmade kettle, toilet and private balcony on the first floor. And on the second floor, 23m² and king size bed
> Standard Suite (01 unit): 18m² and queen size bed
> Balcony Suite (02 units): 18m², private balcony with hammock, table, queen size bed
> Standard Garden Suite (02 units): 22m², with the option of a queen size bed or two twins
> Garden View Suite (02 units): 22m², loft-style suite, queen size bed, integrated bathroom and glass panels

Here are transfer options to the site:
- Portogalo Marina: transfer from the site itself, speedboat with capacity for up to 08 people + suitcases and at scheduled times.
- Conceição de Jacareí: option of Private Taxi Boat or Flex Boat that takes you to Abraão and the local boat picks you up at the location.

Minimum accommodation of 02 nights
New Year's Eve 2023/2024 minimum of 05 nights - Package R$ 75,000.00 (breakfast included)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 business days after check-out.
Check-in time: from 2 pm.
Check-out time: until 12:00.
The property is rented with staff for housekeeping and breakfast from 8 am to 10 am, already included in the reservation price.
Premium Service: cook and maid: R$ 250.00 per person, not included in the reservation price.
Full Service: grocery shopping to seafood meals with ingredients from the Villa, not included in the reservation price.
The site can organize tours during your stay, at an additional cost.
Given the preservation conditions of the Island, there may be an eventual power outage and there is no generator on the site.

PROPERTY RULES:
PROHIBITED parties/celebrations/events on the property, without prior authorization from the owner.
The house is limited to 18 (eighteen) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holder of the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damages occurred during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of law.

IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS:
The property is rented with employees, and in the low season the price is R$150.00/day for each employee and R$200.00/day for each employee in the high season.
There are also services that can be added to the rental of the property, such as chef, barman, gardener, which are charged as part of the daily rate of the house.
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
