One of the most exclusive houses at Ponta da Joatinga. You will contemplate a view of almost 360˚, from the immense blue sea to the green mountains and the beautiful city of Rio de Janeiro. Wake up having a wonderful breakfast in this contemporary home, enjoying an afternoon on the lawn of the huge Gourmet area, while having your barbecue and enjoying the pool on sunny days in the wonderful city. In the main house there are 04 super-comfortable rooms, being 03 suites with king beds and 01 room with a reversible king bed for two single beds, all of them waiting for the right moment to throw yourself on the cozy quilts and rest for the next day. For those who enjoy a quiet morning, there is also that corner of the living room that is perfect for your morning reading. All rooms were designed to promote unforgettable moments during your trip. A "Boutique House" to receive guests who seek something more personal and exclusive than a luxury hotel.

The house offers daily maid and housekeeper service.
A tropical breakfast menu or exclusive staff hire are available to guests and can be requested with prior reservation and charge separately.
Joie Joá is also the perfect setting for hosting small dinners or celebrations, for business meetings, movie sets, or even privatizing the whole house.
There is also a loft that can be rented, increasing the layout of the property, and in total can accommodate 10 adults comfortably.
The property has administrators living on site in a secluded and independent environment.
The house was completely renovated in 2019, is in a condominium with 24-hour security and has Wi-Fi in every room of the house.

The house has a spacious private gym with professional equipment. There are 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are suites, all with panoramic views, minibars, wonderful beds, and 1 complete bathroom. The house has an elevator on all floors.

- Presidential Suite - A luxurious and complete suite with a king-size bed, privileged view, private living room, Smart TV, minibar, access to balcony, split and bathroom with jacuzzi and shower.

- King Suite - High-class suite with minimalist design, well-lit, king-size bed, beautiful view, Smart TV, minibar, split bedroom and bathroom with a wonderful shower.

- Deluxe Suite - A cozy deluxe suite with a king-size bed, beautiful view, Smart TV, mini-bar, large closet, split bedroom and bathroom with a wonderful shower.

- Executive Suite - Deluxe and super comfortable suite, well-lit, beautiful decoration, with king-size bed, Smart TV, minibar, beautiful view, split and bathroom with a wonderful shower.

- Queen Bedroom - Room with direct access to the balcony, which allows the entry of natural light and a wonderful view of the ocean, with queen-size bed, Smart TV, minibar, spacious closet and split.

Minimum for 02 nights accommodation - R$ 7.500.00 per day + consumption of electricity + water for the period

IMPORTANT NOTES:.
During the lease is made only 01 change of bed linen, for more changes there is the cost of laundry or washing done by the maid, being the guest's responsibility to provide the material.
May be contracted the services of maid for cleaning, cleaning and cooking, cost apart.
During the whole rental period, the master suite closet and the wine cellar will be locked.
Electricity consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals. In longer rentals, there is a charge for energy, gas and water for the period.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 business days after check-out.
Check-in time: starting at 2 pm - after business hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12pm - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-out outside business hours there is a convenience fee.

The house is limited to twelve (12) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who makes the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of others inside the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, law governing the property or condominium bylaws.
