PROPERTY RULES:
FORBIDDEN parties/commemorations/after parties and pets on the property.
For recording locations, it must be informed in advance if a generator will be used.
The house is limited to 08 (eight) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who makes the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, law governing the property or internal regulations of the condominium.

To make the reservation, it is necessary to sign the Rental Contract for the Season and pay a deposit of 50% of the total value of the lease. The payment must be made through the bank details informed in the contract. The other 50% must be paid up to 48 hours before check-in, together with the cleaning fee and the security deposit (deposit) that varies according to each property. The security deposit is returned within 2 business days after checkout. We DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUE BOND. Payments by Paypal or through International Transfers, fees will be passed on to the Tenant.

The residence offers a wide range of amenities, including a private pool, yoga area and gym with a variety of equipment. There is also a patio with cacti and a central fireplace next to the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an extensive worktop for preparing meals. We provide crystal glasses for use in the house and acrylic glasses for the pool.

Outside, you'll find hammocks, furniture, a portable Weber barbecue and sun loungers. There is also a shower in the garden and a campfire area for enjoying the stars or cooking.

We offer free Wi-Fi, private parking and extra services such as breakfast and cleaning (on certain occasions). We also offer chef services, babysitting and 24-hour security in the condominium.

The furnishings include Argentinian BKF chairs, pieces of folk art, Mexican silk hammocks, handmade furniture from Alagoas and ceramics from Rio Grande do Norte, among other special items.
