The house blends sophistication with rustic woodwork for a special touch. It has 06 suites, all with air conditioning and box beds. The living room has high ceilings and is fully integrated with the veranda and dining room, which has a beautiful wooden table for 10 people and a gourmet kitchen with an island to help with meals. Next to the living room is an air-conditioned TV room.

The outdoor area has a swimming pool, gourmet area with barbecue, industrial stove, freezer, table with 02 benches, 04 sun loungers and a guest toilet.

Minimum accommodation of 02 nights
New Year's Eve 2023/2024 - Minimum package of 07 nights R$ 138,000.00 + energy consumption
Carnival 2024 - Minimum package of 05 nights R$ 50,000.00 + energy consumption
Holidays minimum 02 nights - R$ 3,000.00/day + energy consumption

A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: from 2pm - after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12 noon - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. There is a convenience fee for check-out outside office hours.

The property is limited to 18 (eighteen) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, as well as fines that may occur due to violation of the law or internal regulations of the condominium.

With 04 suites, one of which is a master suite with bath and balcony, all with air conditioning and television. It has a TV room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with hammock, table, chairs, integrated games room with a gourmet space with barbecue and a beautiful pool with a view.

Just a 05-minute walk from four beautiful beaches: Ferradura, Forno, Olho de Boi, and Lagoinha.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The property is rented with 01 employees, not included in the daily rate.
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 business days after check-out.
Check-in hours: 2pm to 6pm – after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: 08:00h to 12:00h - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or a representative will meet the client at the property, at the previously scheduled time, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs before 8:00 am, a convenience fee must be paid and after 6:00 pm an amount in excess of the daily rate and a convenience fee must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, fees will be transferred to the renter, with a minimum of 35 days before the check-in date.

It also has two suites, while the other two bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms (each bedroom has its own bathroom). With capacity for up to 10 people, the highlight of the property is the gourmet space, located separately from the main house and resembling a party room. With its glass doors opening onto the pool, it's the perfect place to gather family and friends.
