The house has an incredible leisure area with swimming pool, table, sun loungers and barbecue area with barbecue utensils.

It is prepared to receive up to 10 guests with quality and comfort.

A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: 4pm until 8pm - after this time, there is a convenience fee of R$150.00.
Check-out time: 10am - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs after 18:00, an excess of the daily rate and a convenience fee of R$ 150.00 must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, the fees will be passed on to the renter, at least 35 days before the check-in date.
