With 04 suites, one of which is a master suite with bath and balcony, all with air conditioning and television. It has a TV room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with hammock, table, chairs, integrated games room with a gourmet space with barbecue and a beautiful pool with a view.

Just a 05-minute walk from four beautiful beaches: Ferradura, Forno, Olho de Boi, and Lagoinha.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
The property is rented with 01 employees, not included in the daily rate.
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 business days after check-out.
Check-in hours: 2pm to 6pm – after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: 08:00h to 12:00h - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or a representative will meet the client at the property, at the previously scheduled time, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs before 8:00 am, a convenience fee must be paid and after 6:00 pm an amount in excess of the daily rate and a convenience fee must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, fees will be transferred to the renter, with a minimum of 35 days before the check-in date.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO parties/celebrations/events on the property.
Small pets are allowed, subject to prior notice.
The house is limited to 08 (eight) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who is the holder of the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damages occurred during their stay in the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of property rules, the law governing the property or the condominium's internal regulations.
