A beautiful, modern mansion located in the famous Joá neighborhood. Known as the "Beverly Hills" of Rio de Janeiro, the neighborhood is home to Rio's biggest movie stars and high rollers, as well as having an unparalleled view and an exclusive beach (Praia da Joatinga). The property has four wonderful suites, all with sea views, queen size beds and Wi-Fi internet. There are two kitchens, a gourmet kitchen outside by the pool and an internal kitchen next to the dining room. The house is divided into four floors, with an elevator up to the third floor. On the second floor, we have the entrance to the house, garage, elevator, garden and a small playground for children. On the second floor, there is a gourmet area, heated infinity pool, sauna, barbecue and living room. On the 3rd floor, a beautiful living room with clean, tasteful furniture, a dining room with a 10-seater table, a laundry room, a kitchen and a laundry area. Going up to the 4th floor, there are 03 suites and a TV room, all equipped with armchairs and cable TV. On the top floor, the master suite has a unique view, a queen-size bed, a sitting room with a table seating two, a minibar, a bathroom with two showers and a dressing room. Maid and caretaker are not included in the price, but it is compulsory to hire them.

For check-outs before 8 a.m., a convenience fee must be paid, and after 6 p.m., an excess daily rate and a convenience fee must be paid.

There are two kitchens, a gourmet kitchen integrated to the living room and overlooking the pool, and an internal kitchen, one next to the other. The house is divided into floors, four floors in total. At the entrance of the house we have the garage, garden and loft. On the second floor we have 03 suites with sea view and a hall, where is the master suite that has a unique view, Queen-size bed, intimate living room with a table with 2 seats, refrigerator, bathroom and closet. On the second floor there are 3 suites with sea view. On the 3rd floor, living room, gourmet area with kitchen and swimming pool with infinity edge. It is FORBIDDEN to smoke on the property.
It is FORBIDDEN to listen to music, only inside the house with a JBL speaker or cell phone, always at room volume.
